Piccadilly Gardens' Family Fair - 09 December 2010 - 03 January 2011
The Piccadilly Gardens' Family Fair will run from Thursday 09 December 2010 until Monday 03 January 2011 inclusive, excluding Christmas Day and will host a range of traditional and affordable family rides and attractions including galloping horses, a helter skelter, chairoplanes, swing boats, hookaduck and a coconut shy.
Rides suitable for young children will cost £1.50 and those suitable for adults will cost £2.00
The fair will be open daily 11am – 8pm
Built - art exhibition at City Inn Manchester
City Inn's latest exhibition, 'Built', is a collection of oil paintings from Manchster-based artist, David Gledhill.
Gledhill's work toys with the role of ideology in image making, with a particular focus on the built environment.
The exhibition is free and open 24 hours.
Exhibition open from 16 September 2010.
Real Food Market, Piccadilly Gardens 10/11 December 10am-6pm
The fortnightly real food market provides high quality, seasonal and local produce and is held twice monthly, on the second and fourth weekend (Friday and Saturday) of each month.
The market boasts a brilliant selection of farmers and traditional producers, who twice a month bring their fresh home-grown and home-reared produce from local farms into the heart of the city.

Live music at Piccadilly Lounge, City Inn - every Friday
City Inn Manchester's Piccadilly Lounge comes alive with the sound of live music from Dave Fidler every Friday 5.30-7pm.
A Manchester hidden gem, singer/songwriter Dave Fidler is the frontman of local band Bluebird Kid Clark, but performs a mixture of his own songs and handpicked covers every week.
d'Arenberg Wine Dinner at Malmaison Manchester - Friday 26 November

Cocktail Masterclasses at ABode Manchester
ABode Manchester is hosting a number of weekly cocktail masterclasses in their exclusive Champagne Bar area, which will run 6pm-8pm.
The class consists of a presentation, demonstrations and cocktail making, offering full participation from you and your guests. The masterclasses are £25.00 per person (includes two cocktails plus tasting of several others).
The class is recommended for 8-16 people.

The Flower Market is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11am until 5pm in Piccadilly Gardens.
Cut flowers, bouquets, potted plants, shrubs, bulbs, bonsai, exotic and traditional plants will be on sale.
