SACO appoints team of 5 in Manchester

Following on from the company’s expansion into Manchester, serviced apartment company SACO has appointed a team of five to run its Piccadilly-based apartments.

Manchester-born Vicci Hollies has been appointed as apartment manager. She joins from the Holiday Inn in Chester, where she was general manager for four years.

Vicci said: “After working in the hospitality sector for over 20 years, I believe that serviced apartments offer a different approach to business travel. They have established themselves as a smart alternative to hotels, providing guests with an affordable home from home.

“We’ve now got a great team in place at the Manchester apartments and I’m looking forward to working with them and building awareness of the SACO brand in this area.”

SACO has also appointed John Clarke as assistant apartment manager and Patricia Psuj, Karla George and Liam Ashforth as receptionists (all pictured).

SACO opened its 48 apartments in Piccadilly Place earlier this month (August). They are set in the 10-storey residential building, known as The Hub, and are among the best connected apartments in the city because of their location – literally just a stone’s throw away from Manchester Piccadilly station.
