Universal Square defies the credit crunch

Carl Wright’s Cartel Group is behind the letting of two 16,500 square foot floors at Universal Square in Ardwick, attracted by the quality, large floor plates and ability to expand.

The scheme is already home to fifty organisations and the latest lettings to Cartel Client Review Group and Burley’s Solicitors bring the total space let in the last three years to 160,000 square feet.

With just over 100,000 square feet still available, Frogmore Northern’s Geoff Hill is convinced that further deals will take place in what has already been a busy 2009.

“We seem to have the right product, in the right place at the right time.  Universal Square has always appealed to cost sensitive businesses and that seems to include just about everyone now.  With facilities such as the on-site restaurant, gym and ample car parking we are able to provide great support to businesses, especially with the flexible terms on offer”.
