What is The Piccadilly Partnership?

Created in 2003, The Piccadilly Partnership was the first of its kind in the Northwest.

A strategic, pioneering alliance of public and private sectors, that brings together key landowners, Manchester City Council, Cityco, GMPTE, Marketing Manchester, other public sector services and local occupiers.

The Piccadilly Partnership is here to deliver the vision for Piccadilly and drive forward the regeneration of the ‘heart and soul’ of Manchester. The Partnership sets the strategic direction for the future development of Piccadilly, encourages investment, introduces innovation, and enables dynamic action to deliver change in Piccadilly.
