Never has there been a better reason to tuck in to some hearty Christmas pudding…diners at celebrity chef Paul Heathcote’s Grado restaurant in Piccadilly could be in for a big surprise this festive season as they tuck into their Christmas pudding.

Heathcote (pictured) has teamed up with David M Robinson jewellers to offer every diner at Grado, situated on New York Street, the chance to win a diamond ring worth £10,000.

Paul said: “We wanted to give our loyal customers the chance to have a really special Christmas this year, and it’s also a thank you for the support they’ve shown us over the past 12 months.”

Each dessert sold between now and 31st December will come with a card, which needs to be filled in with the diner’s details and will then be submitted into the prize draw. The Bolton-born chef expects to see upwards of 35,000 customers pass through his doors this Christmas as he has recorded some of his best weeks’ trading in recent months.
