Held for the third year in Manchester, Property Awards 2009 saw a number of Piccadilly Partners scooping the top prizes!

More than 600 of property's finest gathered to celebrate the best of the north-west property industry during the last 12 months.

Partners Bank of New York Mellon won 'Occupier of the Year', with developers Argent clinching 'Deal of the Year' with Greater Manchester Property Fund.

Many more Partners were in attendance, after receiving a coverted nomination, but missed out on the night.
